This work features an extract from a photograph of a Korean moon jar held in the British Museum collection.

This glazed white porcelain 18th century Joseon Dynasty jar was acquired by Bernard Leach. It was in the care of Lucie Rie for many years until her death, when it returned to Janet Leach. It was acquired by the British Museum in 1999.
